-The first month of  tuition and the registration fee must be paid at the time of registration. 

You may pay your monthly tuition fees by setting up pre-authorized credit card payments at the time of registration. 

There pre-payment discounts available depending on the tuition option you choose.

Tuition Plans (choose 1)

Option 1:
Pay registration and full tuition for the drama season at the time of registration and receive a 10% discount on total tuition.

Option 2:
Pay your tuition in two payments, receive 5% discount on total tuition.  First payment is due at the time of registration.

Option 3:
Pay your tuition in 9 monthly payments starting in September and ending in May.  First tuition payment and registration fee are due at the time of registration. Subsequent payments are due by the first of each month and are considered late after the 10th (a $10 late fee will be applied after the10th of each month, $15 after the 15th and $20 after the 20th).

In order to calculate your annual prepay tuition total: 

1) Multiply the monthly tuition amount by 9 months.
2) Calculate and subtract applicable % deduction.
3) Add registration fee

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT

Sign up for automatic payment using your credit or debit card.  You will receive $5 off your monthly payment and you will never have to worry about a late fee!

-Charges will appear on your bank statement or credit card statement as being from Ave Maria Dance Academy. 

-If we are unsuccessful in charging your card and payment has not been obtained by 10th of the month a late fee of $10 will be applied to your account ($15 after the 15th and $20 after the 20th).

-You will  receive a $5 discount monthly if you choose to sign up for automatic withdrawal. 

TUITION POLICIES

- Monthly tuition rates remain the same whether it is a long month (5 classes) or a short month (3 classes).

- Tuition will be pro-rated if a new student starts after the 1st of the month.

- There are no monthly discounts, prorates, make-ups or refunds for absences or missed classes. 

- Full tuition is due the month of the play.
