Half Day - 8:00am - 12:00pm Full Day - 8:00am – 4:00pm
EXTENDED CARE
Before care is available from - 7:30am-8:00am (no charge) After care is available from - 4:00pm - 6:00pm
The "pre-registered" after care fee is: $4.00/child/per day.
You may use the after care service on an "as need” basis, however, the fee for "as need" extended care is $4.00/child/per hour and is due at the time you pick up your child.

At Camp Ave Maria campers will have a great time making new friends, and participating in a safe, supervised environment that is active, educational, and fun!
Our qualified, creative staff will deliver a memorable experience for all involved.
We have a terrific summer planned for your children!
Children ages 5 -12 will engage in many types of physical play, including indoor/outdoor games, relay races, educational activities, music, songs, crafts, contests, science creations and... twice weekly trips to the waterpark!
All activities will be conducted in the town of Ave Maria, it's parks, buildings, dance studio, and the town’s water park.
Twice weekly trips to the waterpark are included in your camp tuition as well as all supplies and materials for projects.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DID YOU KNOW?
You may drop your child off in the morning anytime after 7:30am. If your child will be riding his/her bike or walking to camp please make sure he/she does not arrive prior to 7:30am.
All campers are to be dropped off and picked up at the front entrance of the dance studio.
PICK-UP
1/2 Day Campers will be dismissed at 12:00pm. Full Day Campers will be dismissed at 4:00pm. Campers staying for after care must be picked up by 6:00pm
On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday campers are to be picked up at the studio, on Wednesdays and Fridays pick up will take place at the water park.
PLEASE NOTE:
Counselors will NOT release a child to anyone other than a parent unless the parent has notified us or idicated on their registration form that someone else will be picking up.
This is for the safety and protection of all campers. SNACKS:
There are two snack periods per day:10:00am and 2:00pm.
Campers have the option of bringing a snack and drink each day or signing up for our snack program.
Half day campers bringing their own snack should bring 1 snack and drink each day; full day campers should bring 2 snacks and 2 drinks each day.
How to Enroll in the Snack Program
Alternatively snack plans may be purchased for $5/wk. (1/2 day campers) $10/wk. (full day campers) which will provide campers with daily snacks and drinks. Campers will choose from a selection of snacks including but not limited to granola and cereal bars, yogurt, fresh fruit, string cheese, carrots, a variety of chips, peanut butter crackers, cookies, 100% juice boxes and all of the water they can drink!
LUNCH:
Lunch is at 12:00pm each day right after the 1/2 day campers are dismissed.
Campers have the option of bringing their lunch or enrolling in our lunch program which is an arrangement we have with Tropical Smoothie and the Bean of Ave Maria which if you opt in your child have the ability to choose from 8 lunch options for $5 a day. How to Enroll in the Lunch Program
A few weeks before camp, you will receive an emailthat has a link to an electronic form which will give you’re your menu options and allow you to make your selections.
If at the time you receive the email you are undecided about whether or not you will be ordering lunches or have decided to opt out of the lunch program simply indicate that on the form and sumbit it to us and we will follow up with you at a later time.
The online ordering system will allow you to view your lunch options and indicate your choices. You can purchase as many lunches as you want, and make selections for each day. Forms must be turned in on Fridays for the following week so we can place our orders with Tropical Smoothie and The Bean before the weekend. WATER:
It is EXTREMELY important that children come to camp with enough COLD water to last them throughout the day. The children are very active at camp so they need to drink plenty of fluids to keep hydrated. Cold bottled water will also be available for purchase throughout the day for $1.00 per bottle.
Please write your child's initials on all water bottles with permanent marker.
The Ave Maria waterpark is reserved for residents our campers are privileged to be able to use it.
WATER PARK:
Camp Ave Maria campers attend the town's water park twice weekly on Wednesday and Friday.
Waterpark fees are included in your camp tuition.
The Water Park is located north of the
center of town on Ave Maria Blvd. and features resort and fitness pools,
a kid's pool, a toddler pool, and interactive fountains!
The Kid's Pool is geo-thermal heated and features aqua play components
such as tumble rain buckets, 40 interactive play features, an enclosed
"tube" water slide and an open water slide.
The waterpark is fully staffed with certified lifeguards on duty at all times. For more info click HERE
WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP:
Children are to wear sneakers to camp. Flip-flops are not safe for running and may only be worn at the waterpark.
Ideally children should wear their bathing suit underneath their clothing on waterpark days.
If this is not possible please send your camper with a bathing suit to change into.
Children should also bring a towel, and *sunscreen.
On waterpark days, please send a plastic grocery bag or with your child's last name written on it in permanent marker which will be used for wet bathing suits and towels.
Please advise us if your child's is a new swimmer; tubes, floats and arm floats may be used at any time.
*Important:
*Please do not apply sunscreen to your camper in the morning, rather send them with their sunscreen and we will apply it upon arrival to the waterpark (spray on kind only please).
Please write your child's initials in permanent marker on the bottle.
Note: If your child is very fair skinned it is advised that they wear a t-shirt in the water (any t-shirt will do, however the ones designed for swimming are best)
If they swim in the shirt they wear to camp please be sure to send an extra one to change into after swimming.
WHAT NOT TO BRING TO CAMP:
Children SHOULD NOT bring any important or
expensive personal belongings with them to camp including portable game
players, cell phones and iPods. The camp director, counselors or CIT's
will not be held responsible for any lost items.
Campers are not allowed to use cell phones
during camp hours unless given permission by the director or lead
counselors. Cell phones MUST be turned off and kept in the child’s
backpack.
Parents wishing to reach their children must call the studio and we will have your child return the call.
Cell phones are not allowed to be in a child’s pocket during the day.
MERIT SYSTEM
Camp Ave Maria has an “award store” filled with prizes that may be "purchased" with award tickets.
Campers earn awards (in the form of tickets) each time they win a game, perform a good deed or display a good beheavior. Campers who end up tying on games or good behaviors will each receive a ticket.
On their last day of camp each camper will have the opportunityto redeem their awards for a prize chosen from (5, 10, 15 and 20 ticket levels)
In addition the duplicate of each awarded ticket will be put into a master envelope and at the end of the week one ticket will be drawn and a bonus prize will be awarded to a lucky winner!
FIRST AID:
Ave Maria has its own EPN (Emergency Physicians of Naples) Urgent Care Facility. It is a walk-in urgent care medical clinic located in the center of town. The EPN is open 5 days a week. Any seriously injured child will be taken immediately to the EPN. Parents will be notified immediately. In the case of an emergency, if a parent is unreachable, the emergency contact will be called. Please note that we will NOT call emergency contacts for mild sicknesses.
