REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registering for Classes is as Easy as 1-2-3

1. Pick your classes.

2. Fill out and submit electronic registration form
or print the registration forms, fill it out and bring it in.

3. Pay for your classes with: cash, check
(Payable to Ave Maria Dance Academy),credit/debit card, PayPal.

NOTE: You must submit the (3rd page) of the parent agreement
and liability waiver along with your registration form.
