STUDIO RENTAL
Ave Maria Dance Academy is delighted to share our 1,500 sq. ft. studio space with the community.
Space is available for rent for an individual event or on an on-going basis.

Please call 239-261-2606 to check availability for your classes, parties or events.Possible uses of our space include: fitness classes, martial arts classes, birthdays, anniversaries, sacrament receptions, parties, special events,
staff meetings, voice lessons, fundraisers, dance parties etc...

All use subject to the approval of Ave Maria Dance Academy and it's landlord.

RATES AND REGULATIONS

Weekday & Weekend rental: $25.00/hour
Series of 10 rental hours: $20.00/hour
Parties or Events: $55.00/hour (includes clean up fee)

Evening rentals cannot exceed time frame submitted on rental contract.

A fully refundable security deposit of $150.00 and one half of the total rental fee are due when the space is reserved for parties or events and the balance just prior to the event itself.

·         Studio rentals require a contract and all reservations other than hourly classes require a security deposit.

·         Payment is expected before time of rental in all instances.

·         Your deposit will be retained if you fail to cancel within 48 hours of your reservation.

·         You will be charged in full if you cancel the day of your event.

LONG TERM RENTALS

There are two ways you can rent:

     1) You can book day by day based on the availability of the studio.   You will be charged $25 per single rental hour.

2) You can buy a series of 10 rental hours and pay $20/hour.
This $200.00 package does not expire.    If you would like to rent a standing time on a monthly basis, you are required to pay for all the classes for that month in advance even if you do not use the space or if you cancel your class.

      Rent is due on the first of every month.

This pre-pay method gives you exclusivity for this time slot. You buy the time and Ave Maria Dance Academy cannot schedule any classes during this time.

To help you advertise your class(es), we include your information on our website, public calendar, print ads and many other forms of advertising.

We cannot guarantee available times until you pay for the time slot you want. If you wish to rent the studio on an as per need basis, times are subject to availability.
