Ave Maria Dance Academy is delighted to share our 1,500 sq. ft. studio space with the community.
Space is available for rent for parties or on a monthly on-going basis.
Possible uses of our space include: fitness classes, martial arts classes, birthdays, anniversaries, sacrament receptions, special events, staff meetings, voice lessons, fundraisers, dance parties etc...
We cannot guarantee available times until you pay for the time slot you want.

MONTHLY RATES AND REGULATIONS
If you are renting the studio to teach a class the cost is: $25.00 / hour, $37.50 / 1.5 hours, $50.00 / 2 hours, etc. (The hourly fee is based on a maximum of 15 attendees; after 15 - $2.00 per additional attendee will be added to the hourly rental fee.)
To help you advertise your class(es), we include your information on our website, public calendar, print ads and many other forms of advertising.
Renter is responsible for any set up and all clean up.
Rent is due on the first use of every month.
Rentals cannot exceed time frame submitted on rental contract without prior consent.
SINGLE USE RENTAL FOR PARTIES/EVENTS (please contact the studio for availability and rates)
A fully refundable security deposit of $150.00 and one half of the total rental fee are due when the space is reserved for parties or events and the balance just prior to the event itself.
Studio rentals require a contract and a security deposit. (See contract for more information on security deposits)
Your deposit will be retained if you fail to cancel within 48 hours of your reservation.
You will be charged in full if you cancel the day of your party/event.
